Your login ID is the Email provided to Pepsico during profile creation.
If your name and email change recently, please work with your PepsiCo contact to update information in the system. Once change is complete, you can use new email to login in PepsiCo system. Continue to use old email till you receive confirmation from your contact.
Click on 'Forgot Password' to change your password which will allow you to set new password and unlock your account.

Click on 'Forgot Password' to reset your password.
Make sure the password you are trying to set adheres to the password policy with password policy.
You cannot use a password which was previously used.
Look in your spam folder and/or look for an email from noreply@okta.com
Please confirm the email is same as what shared with PepsiCo for account setup. If email is correct. Contact admin for help.
On the Login page click 'Modify Profile' which will bring you to the change password page. you can change your password by entering current password and new password.
On the Login page there is a drop down to select the language of your preference from supported languages.
